Installer
- Experience with epoxy, polyaspartic, or polyurea floor coatings preferred
- Comfortable with surface prep, grinding, and detail work
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Own basic hand tools
Foreman
- Prior experience leading an install crew
- Strong working knowledge of coating systems and process
- Comfortable managing a job site and quality control
- Reliable transportation, own tools
